Terms and Conditions:

1. Welcome to GranRide, your trusted door-to-door transportation service designed for seniors and those in need of safe, reliable, and comfortable rides. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Description: GranRide provides pre-scheduled transportation for seniors and adults who require assistance traveling to appointments, errands, social visits, or other destinations. Services may include door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, light assistance, and wait-and-return options.

3. Eligibility: Passengers must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a responsible adult.

Riders who require physical assistance must inform us at the time of booking. * We are not a medical transport service and cannot provide emergency medical care.

4. Bookings and Cancellations: All rides must be booked in advance through our phone line or website. * Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.

5. Rates and Payment: Current rates:

* 1–5 miles: $35
* 5–10 miles: $45
* 10–15 miles: $50

(One caregiver or family member is allowed at no additional cost.)


Waiting costs $5 for 10 minutes.
Additional passenger +$5.

Payments can be made using cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods. All fares must be paid in full at or before the ride's completion.

6. Safety and Conduct: Our drivers are fully trained, background-checked, and insured. Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times. Any aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior can lead to termination of service.

7. Assistance Policy

Drivers may provide light assistance (e.g., helping with doors, small bags, lifting the walker to/from car). Drivers are not permitted to lift passengers or perform physical transfers. If additional help is required, please arrange for a caregiver or family member to accompany the rider.

Passengers should be capable of walking and independently transferring in and out of the vehicle.

8. Liability: GranRide is not responsible for: Delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. Personal belongings left in vehicles. Medical incidents occurring during transport unless caused by driver negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GranRide’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip in question.

9. Privacy Policy : We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings will only be used to provide transportation services and improve customer experience. We will never sell or share your data without consent, except as required by law.

10. Modifications : GranRide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
